Once you've signed up and logged in, you'll land on the Command Center. Below is the breakdown of the OpenMic Command Center. This is where you'll access all of OpenMic's features, set up your AI agents, and launch campaigns.

Your central hub for creating, managing, and optimizing your AI voice agents, the Command Center is where simplicity meets functionality. Here's a quick orientation to get you started:
My AI Agent: This is your creative studio. Start by crafting a new agent with our specialized templates or tweak existing ones to perfection. You'll find everything from voice customization to script editing here.
Prompt & Script Workspace: Central to your agent's development, this area allows you to input dialogue prompts and script responses. Make your agent's conversations as natural as possible.
Test Call: Located at the top right, the 'Test Call' feature lets you experience your agent's interaction firsthand, ensuring they're ready to represent your brand.
Customization Panel: On the right, access key features like connecting to your knowledge base for informed conversations, syncing with calendars for scheduling, and setting up call forwarding for seamless operations.

1. My AI Agent
At the heart of the Command Center is the My AI Agent feature. Clicking this will present you with two main options:
Create a New Agent: Utilize pre-made templates designed by OpenMic for various use cases, or start from scratch to meet your unique requirements.
Manage Existing Agents: Below the creation button, you'll find a history of your agents. This list allows you to access and edit any previously created AI voice agents.
Customization and Testing
In the central part of the Command Center, you'll find areas for Prompts and Scripts. This is where you can craft and refine what your agents will say and how they will interact with callers.
Test Call Button: Located at the top right, this feature enables you to experience a call from your AI agent firsthand, allowing for real-time adjustments to ensure your agent communicates effectively.

End Call: Terminate the current test call.
